    HRM Department Instructors training for a National Certificate

    Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) administered the New Trainer’s Methodological Course (TM1).Vitak requirement to participate in the said course is having two or more NC II level in any areas of one’s field. The first batch of participants were from different schools in Rizal Province on January 2013 and the second batch on April 10, 2013.     HRM students from the third level had a great experience with 2GO International, Inc.’s 7-day shipboard familiarization program via MV St Gregory the Great vessel on May 17, 2013-May 23, 2012. Orientation started at Pier 15 South Harbor terminal with Mr.Jose Enrique “JayE” Teguinos as the training officer. St Gregory the Great is en route from Manila-Cebu-Cagayan de Oro-Manila with a stopover in Cebu.     Claudian CPAs fete in a testimonial program

    The College of Business and Accountancy, through its Dean, Mrs.Estela G. Pascual and with the assistance of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) held the Claudian Certified Public Accountants’ Testimonial Program last June 21, 2013. This event was meant to honor the new Claudian CPAs who successfully passed the recent CPA Licensure Examination.     iOS Training @ Malayan Colleges Laguna (April 25-27, 2013)

    Philippine Society of Information Technology Educators (PSITE) IV President Dr. Marmelo Abante in cooperation with Switch conducted iOS Training held a three-day training/seminar at Malayan Colleges Laguna, Cabuyao Laguna last April 25-27, 2013. Participants are Region IV-A PSITE members from Malayan Colleges Laguna, Our Lady of Fatima University Antipolo City, University of Batangas, Lipa City Colleges, Lyceum Philippines Laguna, Tomas Claudio Memorial College and more. Training is all about developing an apple application that will be uploaded to an ipod unit. This is a programming based training that gives an opportunity to be an apple developer.

    BS Business Administration is all set for Level II Accreditation

    Dean Estela Garrovillas-Pascual is busy preparing for LEVEL II Accreditation of the College’s Business Administration program. Having hurdled the Level I requirements in September, 2011, the said degree program is due for a re-visit by PACUCOA in September, 2014; still a long way to go, but student-enrolment for the degree inspired by the positive Accreditation results. President San Felipe, still fresh from his travel abroad, is gingerly hopeful that we could also hurdle the Level II requirements.
