Society of Information Technology Students (SITES), the official Organization of all Information Students held their annual SITES week from January 25 -27, 2012. Team building, Quiz Bee, Basketball, Volleyball games, Film Showing and Socialization Party are the activities prepared by the SITES officers and were participated by the whole IT Students. At the said event, Claudians I.T. Students developed their intellectuality, camaraderie and sportsmanship.

Also, last February 2, 2012 the third year and fourth year BSCS students lead by Mr. Rogel Ada, an IT Professor of TCMC attended the 8^th ICT Conference with the theme : “Limitless: A Journey to the Galaxy of Innovations and Technologies towards a Competitive Society thru the infinite I.T. Application” at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (P.U.P). The topics in the said event was System Administration wherein it discussed about dealing with operating system, database management, implementing and installing on the server. It also tackled how to maintain computer server by securing the server from unauthorized user. The guest speaker who shared her expertise in the said field was Ms. Annaliza Mercado, an I.T.  Graduate from P.U.P.

The other topic was about Cloud Computing which referred to the demands of company to operate easily with the use of technology that addresses Social Collaboration/Social Media, Social Mobility, User Experiences, Security and Reliability, and Deployment Option/Flexible Deployment or simply called the 5 Megatrend used in a corporate world. The guest speaker was Mr. Rex De Vera, an I.T. expert and has been a lot of experience in the said field

Through this seminar exposure, it gave the Claudians I.T. Students some overviews on what jobs and responsibility awaits them after they finished their chosen course.
